SHIPPING POLICY

All our orders will be shipped via Correos or Seur depending on the weight and volume of the merchandise.

Shipping fees vary depending on the volume of merchandise and the destination, and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

For example, shipments to mainland Spain may range from 8,00€ | 30,00€ y 95,00€

Canarias: 45,00€ | 175,00€ ! 300,00€

Baleares: 24,00€ | 43,00€ | 300,00€

Europa: 28,00€ | 44,00€ | 300,00€

Hungría y Rep. Checa: 48,00€ | 65,00€ | 360,00€

Andorra y Portugal: 15,00€ | 30,00€ | 200,00€

Noruega y Suiza: 78,00€ | 125,00€ | 380,00€

 

If you can't find your place of residence among the shipping options but you're eager to get your FAKE CAKE, email us at cakes@customfakecakes.com, and we'll try to send your package wherever you are with a personalized shipping fee.

As a specialized workshop in the creation of custom-made fake cakes, we are unable to specify the exact days for the preparation and shipping of our products. However, typically, the delivery time for small items ranges between 8 and 10 business days.

For customized and special orders not displayed in our store, we will maintain contact via email, WhatsApp, or phone at all times.

Our customer service hours are from Monday to Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges:

Customized or discounted products cannot be returned; they can only be exchanged if they have arrived defective or damaged. If this is your case, please send us an email at cakes@customfakecakes.com, and we will find a solution together.

The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

The product must be in its original packaging.

When would a return not apply?

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Customized or discounted products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
