1. ORGANISING COMPANY
CUSTOM FAKE CAKES, with registered address at Marià Cubí 57, Barcelona, organises this giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion), with local scope (mainland Spain), to be carried out via Instagram.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion will end on the date indicated in the giveaway post.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS
The participation requirements are as follows:
Only participants who own an Instagram account and reside in mainland Spain may take part.
Participants must:
a) Follow the CUSTOM FAKE CAKES Instagram profile (@customfakecakes_oficial)
b) Like the giveaway post
c) Comment on the giveaway post by tagging 2 or more friends during the participation period
d) Optionally share the giveaway post in their Instagram Stories, tagging @customfakecakes_oficial
Participants may only enter using one Instagram profile. If a participant is found to be using multiple profiles, they will be disqualified.
4. PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZE
The winner will be selected randomly. The winner will be announced the day after the giveaway ends through the brand’s social media profiles.
The prize consists of a DIY Kit, as shown in the promotion.
No edible elements included.

Prize delivery will be arranged directly with the winner. Please note that free home delivery is not available, and shipping costs will be borne by the winner. If the winner does not have a delivery address (P.O. boxes are not accepted), the prize may be collected at our facilities.

Prize delivery will be cancelled if it is proven that the winner has made fraudulent use, gifted, resold, or listed the received item for resale.
If any participant does not meet the requirements stated in these Terms or provides invalid data, their participation will be considered void, and they will automatically be excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prize.
