The consultation fee is non-refundable if the project does not proceed.
The final quote will reflect the deduction of the consultation fee once you've accepted the proposal and paid 80% of the total as a reservation fee, enabling us to commence work on the project.
We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance to ensure optimal production time. For giant fake cakes, we advise booking 4 months in advance.
