All orders are shipped via Correos or SEUR, depending on the weight and size of the parcel.

Shipping costs vary according to the size of the shipment and the destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

As a guide, shipping within mainland Spain typically ranges from €9.00 to €95.00, depending on the size and weight of the order.

If you can't find your delivery location among the available shipping options but you're dying to have your FAKE CAKE, email us at cakes@customfakecakes.com and we'll do our best to arrange delivery to your location with a custom shipping quote.

As a workshop specializing in handcrafted, made-to-order fake cakes, we cannot specify an exact production and dispatch date for every order. However, the estimated production time for smaller products is generally 8–10 business days.

For bespoke commissions and custom projects that are not listed in our online store, we will stay in touch with you throughout the entire process via email, WhatsApp, or telephone.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable consumer protection and e-commerce legislation, our website includes the legally required cancellation features whenever they apply.

However, the vast majority of CUSTOM FAKE CAKES products are handcrafted to order and individually made for each customer. Production begins specifically for each order using the materials, finishes, and specifications selected by the customer.

Under applicable legislation, products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once production has begun.

For this reason, made-to-order and personalised products cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and production has started.

For products available in stock, cancellation is only possible if the item remains exactly as offered in our store. If the customer requests any modification, customisation, or adaptation, the product will be considered made-to-order and will therefore also fall under the legal exemption to the right of withdrawal.

If you wish to request the cancellation of an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis and, whenever possible, cancel the order and issue the corresponding refund.

Our goal is to provide complete transparency throughout the entire process while ensuring that every handcrafted piece receives the time, care, and attention required to meet the quality standards of CUSTOM FAKE CAKES.

REFUND POLICY

At CUSTOM FAKE CAKES, every piece is handcrafted and, in most cases, made to order and personalised for each customer. For this reason, our products are created for a specific commission and cannot be resold.

In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. Therefore, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind, nor do we issue refunds once production has started or after the order has been delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs of both the packaging and the product. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, replace the item or provide the most suitable solution.

Every creation is carefully handcrafted to ensure it arrives in perfect condition and looks exactly as designed.

Before completing your purchase, we strongly recommend reviewing the dimensions, finishes, colours, and product descriptions carefully. If you have any questions, we will be happy to advise you before you place your order.
